I decided to create this podcast because I don't believe that I am very confident in the way that I define it which is "putting myself out there" and not caring what others think. I have had SO many ideas over the years about plans I hope to achieve or companies I plan to start but I never execute on them for fear of judgement. Well.. that stops NOW!
In each episode I will interview confidence experts and those who I believe are confident to unpack.. what is confidence and how do I get there.
I have three "life" goals & I hope this podcast will help me achieve them within the next 5 years.

Become a NYT best selling author - I want to write a book about confidence
Give an official ted talk about how to become confident
Start my own company - I've always been interested in mentorship / helping women of color and I want to use this podcast as an accountability coach.
