Eco-anxiety is our way in reflecting back on the fact that we are damaging the planet. According to the American Psychological Association, eco-anxiety is 'a chronic fear of environmental doom’. Climate change and environmental concerns not only affect our health with pollution, but also the economy. and while it isn’t a comfortable experience, it can also be seen as a good thing that many people care and willing to take action.
