Finn and Jake talk about D.W. Griffith's film America (1924) in this, our inaugural episode (recorded 245 years to the day after Paul Revere's famous ride and "the shot heard around the world") to a new podcast about American History and the Films that have been made about it.

The Kinetoscope Podcast is a show where two friends watch movies about American history and then talk about how the films both from a perspective of historical accuracy and from a film theory/history perspective as well. This is the first episode of our podcast so hopefully if you stick with us, the quality of things will get a lot better from here on out.
