Talking Soup Talks #2: Leah Mueller
Our editors sit down with writer and performer, Leah Mueller, to discuss her plethora of life experiences. Inspired by the likes of Don Marquis, Charles Bukowski and many more commentators of the underside of the American dream, Leah brings a great wealth of tales, from the crazy to the tragic. From working as a 'sales clown' in 1980s Chicago, to a short lived stint as a topless dancer in New Orleans, Leah's writing takes in all aspects of American daily life, from the dead-end jobs to the humanity in mundanity.
Leah's books 'Misguided Behavior, Tales of Poor Life Choices' , 'Death and Heartbreak' and 'Cocktails at Denny's' are available through the links.

Talking Soup Talks #1: The University Experience
In our debut episode, the editorial team at Talking Soup give their opinion on the modern phenomenon of the 'University Experience'. What does university mean to you? Academia, knowledge, connections, toadying, cheap lager, or a step in the career ladder? Is the concept of fomenting new ideas a thing of the past? Has Covid-19 exposed university as being a shoddy, below-par, expensive product? Tune into 'Talking Soup Talks' to find out what we think.
