The episode has three different variations of things we do to create that emotion. The first one is the way we look at things when Others are in a negative mood we take it on as if we did something wrong, and learning how to not process This emotion in a more positive way.. The second one is by not letting what other people are going through affect us in a negative way but just being there for emotional support, worrying and trying to make things right or good for someone else doesn't do you or them any good as they are on their own journey learning their own lessons.  And if you're on the other end of the stick where you're going through a tough time and you don't have the tools that you need to make it through the situation in a productive positive way you can teach yourself to process things in a more positive manner.
