This podcast episode is filled with knowledge and important information that could literally change your life forever. I share my experiences with giving my blood back to the earth, I call this cherry flow. When you give your blood back to the earth, your period blood, you are merging your energy, your DNA with the frequency of planet earth, a very high energy filled with compassion, love, and wisdom. All you need to get started is a cup specifically for your moon blood, your moon cup and pure intentions. That’s it! The benefits of this practice will be clarity, increase in gifts, abilities, releasing the fear of your period blood being disgusting, releasing negative thought patterns, and so much more. You will grow just like the plants and trees are due to your blood offering. It’s a love exchange. This topic is so important and needs to be talked about! The word needs to be spread. This is probably the most powerful podcast episode I’ve made so far. I get deep into what it means to be an empath, and a people pleaser. I also provide information on working through these emotions. Something powerful I add is the fact that you are not responsible for how others feel about you, how others receive you. Your responsibility is how you feel, what you are doing in your life.
