Dave Shah works at the Wild Training Gym as our sports & remedial soft tissue therapist, Osteopath and trains at the gym with our coaches. James sees Dave every week for a session to keep his body in the best form possible. Dave has also been a huge part of the amazing progress James has made since his elbow surgery. They discuss pain, injuries and how many are simply looking at the wrong thing, the wrong way.
