Would you rather be fit and strong, or super lean and weak?? 🤔

I used to rely on comp prep as my key to happiness. “Oh I just can’t wait to be a lean bean again”

Now I look back and think, what happiness is that, really?🙄

Self worth is SO MUCH more than being skinny.
