The Gruffalo,
The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson.
Special guest narrator: Gail (aka, Baba)
The story of how a little mouse uses his wits to survive in a dog-eat-dog (so to speak) world. -
Sitting QiGong Meditation
This episode of Saba Reads is quite different from the previous ones.
This is a reading of Sitting QiGong Meditation from Bill Douglas's book, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Tai Chi and QiGong.
I used this as an exercise in my QiGong for Emotional Balance workshop.
Find a place where you won't be interrupted for about 20 minutes, sit back, relax, breath, and enjoy being with yourself. -
