In this episode, NORLI Executive Director Stephen Reuther interviews Dr. Kim Hunter Reed, the Commissioner of Higher Education in Louisiana. In this role, Dr. Reed oversees the Board of Regents which oversees the four public university systems within the state of Louisiana.
