Trusting Others to Care for Your Baby Ground and Grow

Working to feel ready to allow others to help care for your baby can be hard for any new parent. And, if you have any Postpartum Anxiety or Postpartum OCD, this can be a huge challenge!
In this episode, I talk about what this can look like, ways we can work our way up to feeling confident accepting help in caring for our baby, and a bit of my own experience to normalize the struggle.
