Low carb kick off!
For the next 90 days, I will be following a strictly low carb diet in an effort to support my mood, improve energy and balance my blood sugar levels as a type 1 diabetic. Ready to rule out the naysayers and truly try what could be best for me. Here I will be sharing my personal experiences along the way in hopes of helping any other type 1 female lifters out there hoping to improve their management, mood and energy too
