If I don't know the answer I'll research it and give you the best evidence-backed answer available.
Show Summary / Long Description: This is a podcast for people who are curious about how the body works, or sometimes doesn't work.
If you're a movement teacher, if you do musculoskeletal rehab, if you're a mover and you're curious about your own body, I'll answer your questions.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation). Plus, I just love to research on Google scholar.
Send me your questions, big or small, and I'll find the most up-to-date evidence-backed answers for you.
