The Green Wave Cross Country teams are set to compete at the Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria on Friday, October 28th.  Coack Kirk Misialek joined the program with juniors Brayden Carlson and Brady Lohr.  

Green Wave girls varsity soccer coach Jessica Bina joined the Green Wave Podcast presented by the Sports Boosters.  Bina's team is preparing for the Section 8AA Final against Alexandria to be played Tuesday, October 18th in Fergus Falls.  She discussed her team's big 4-0 Section Semi-Final win over St. Cloud Tech.  The Green Wave enter the section final  with a 14-2-1 record. 

East Grand Forks Green Wave Head Football coach Ryan Kasowski joins the show to discuss his team's dramatic last-second Hail Mary win over Crookston.  The program also discussed the season and how it is shaping up down the stretch.
