As one of the top writers on Substack with The Hyphen, Sunday Times bestselling author Emma Gannon is well known for writing and podcasting about career/wellbeing however her latest book A Year of Nothing, couldn’t be more different.

During this time Emma, who is also happy to speak about being child-free by choice, kept a diary and discovered how the most mundane parts of life were not only full of wisdom but also the most fun to write about and formed the basis of this new book.
