    • Society & Culture

Trigger Warning: This episode features discussions surrounding mental health and suicide.
Julie Goodwin is Australia's sweetheart, the first winner of Masterchef Australia. But in recent years she's dealt with many heavy days thanks to a mental health condition.
She had made a plan to leave her entire life and all her family and friends behind, she was at the bottom of a well with no way out. And then a lovely couple found her and sat with her for a few hours, and made her realise that she needed help.
