#8 All Girls Roar- The Podcast The Badass Mother Runner Bev Logan All Girls Roar- The Podcast

    • Profesiones

Like many people I hated PE at school and it turns out so did my guest this week- the fantastic and inspiring  founder of The Badass Mother Runners Club Bev Logan.  So how did someone who hated sport so much end up creating an online community for runners? Bev Logan set up Badass Mother Runners when she was in the depths of depression and now has a thriving community of runners from all walks of life supporting each other through their running journeys.

In our conversation Bev talks about what led her to set up The Badass Mother Runners Club and how she's so proud of the community which started at her kitchen table and offers genuine support without judgement to so many people.

We also touch on the #WEWILL campaign raising awareness of harassment of women runners and how women and young girls are often conditioned from a young age to look out for their safety in a way their male counterparts never have to.

Bev is hilarious fun, honest, humble and was a joy to talk to. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.
