An apology to Self Neeva’s Knowledge

Sometime you have to be real with you. Sometimes the only one who can get you all the way together is the one going through it all with you. You! I take this opportunity to apologize to myself for playing in my own face. Not applying what therapy has taught me. Not applying what I already know from what Ive already encountered.
