Why is it that high achieving women lack so much confidence? Why will women only apply for a job if they meet 100% of the criteria, compared to men when they only meet 60% of the criteria? Why are women, especially women of colour more likely to experience imposter syndrome? Women are often less self-assured than men, and in order to succeed, confidence matters as much as competence. In this episode we're going to talk about some of the reasons why this is the case, and our own experiences dealing with imposter syndrome.
