It is so important not only as a healer, but as a human, to find balance in everything we do. It is vital to our health. Kait is the balance queen both literally and figuratively. Hey guys!!! Today's episode is soooo fun! I had Grace Gagnon on the show today. For those of you who don't know Grace, she is from Boston MA and one day I was watching Good Morning America and her face popped up. She was telling her story about the holiday swap she was going on. She posted a tik tok one night asking if anyone would be interested in internationally swapping apartments with her for a few weeks and overnight it went viral. Grace is a beautiful soul, so insightful and really in tune with how this experience made her grow and evolve as a human. Enjoy :)

Happiness. Ahhh. Something we all want more of and seem to forget that we all hold the power to feel this within. No external things are going to create this sense of fulfillment and joy for us. We have the power to create a life full of love and happiness while still experiencing difficulties and hardships. Why not both?
