In this episode I discuss what disability discrimination is as well as the types discrimination people with disabilities face on a daily basis. You will start recognizing in your workplace or any environment the unfair treatment people face and hopefully start fighting against it.

This episode discusses how you should put yourself in the shoes of a person with a disability. What would you want people to do? Would you want people to stand up for you? Apply this to your life and act as if your loved one has a disability in order to stop this discrimination against people with disabilities.
