Ron (@RonJosol1) is a Filipino-Canadian comic boasting over 30 years of experience performing comedy across the globe. Currently on the final stretch of his Ron the World tour, he's graced stages in Canada, the UK, Scandinavia, the Caribbean, Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and the USA.



In this episode, Ron delves into his upbringing in Canada, navigating the loss of a parent at a young age, and the profound influence of his father's approach to life. Beyond his comedic prowess, Ron shares insightful knowledge about Filipino culture, lineage, and the origins of Filipino Stand-Up comedy.

In honor of World Mental Health Day, observed on the 10th of October, the duo sat down with Dubai’s favourite mental health advocate, Sahil AKA The Monk with Braids.

 Sahil, who is half Iranian and half Indian, is a certified life coach and on a mission to make Dubai more spiritual by educating them on the importance of mental health and taking care of your mind and spirit.
