I Take Anti Depressants, Sometimes I feel ashamed of it‪.‬ On The Road With Dee

Hey guys, another random thought, this time it is around my relationship with Anti Depressants and the shame around that. As someone with a major depressive disorder, it's really hard to cope with everything especially when life hits hard. But, I am trying to unlearn feeling ashamed for needing extra help. It's okay to need extra help.
