Suicide awareness. I talk a little about my personal struggle and hopefully give some encouragement. I apologize for background noise.

I beat my self up regularly for things I’ve done or haven’t done in the past. I’m good at that. Maybe you are too. Well, we need to stop it.

We can help others through their times of grief and pain because we have been through our own pain.

This is the 14th Anniversary of my first heart attack. I’m just thankful I’m still here trying to serve the Lord with what gifts He has given me and I hope you do too.
