I am sitting down with my friend, colleague and Principal, Dr. Jamie Chisum. For over 10 years we have been a part of Seminar Day here at Wellesley High School. In this conversation, Jamie shares his adoption story and how it has impacted his life.

Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in the 1990's, Family Constellations as we know and practice it today is an alternative form of therapy work. The traditional setting involves a group of people who come together, seated in a circle, offering their awareness and presence and thus creating a, what Constellations practitioners call, "the field" or “work field”. This energy field is where the work takes place. In a virtual setting we explore this field (and its multitudes) in new dimensions.
