This the second episode of the podcast and I wanted to tell you all about switches that I have made in my life. I am no where near perfect when it comes to living zero waste but I am making small changes to live a more eco-friendly life. In this episode my good friend Sarah Smallman joins me in talking about food waste generated by restaurants. We have both worked in many food places and have seen first hand just how much food restaurants throw away. We also share our ideas on how restaurants can help fight these problems. 
Sarah is an amazing environmentalist and I am so glad she came on to my podcast. I am so thankful to Sarah for taking time out of her day to talk to me and I cannot wait to have her back on more episodes.
