Looking back thought my career, I can remember times when I realized that I needed to establish boundaries, but I never stuck with them for long. However, that wasn’t the only thing that was slowing down my progress. It was my priorities. And guess what? My career isn’t #1 and I’ll tell you why in this episode.

As I look at my career and how I have spent my time trying to build my business, I have realized that I have spent a lot of time doing work, but doing THE work. It’s time I change that.

The second part of me not maintaining clear goals is my lack of patience and having shiny object syndrome for the next project. Listen as I dig more into this idea in this episode.

As a means to avoid going though life without clear goals, I have started to look at why I wasn’t doing it in the first place. The first reason? I was unknowingly playing the victim card, but believing I was being humble.

Having turned 32 today, I have taken a look back and realize that I’m not where I would like to be at this point in my life. A lot of that comes from the lack of establishing clear goals for myself. But I’m working on it and will be sharing the process with you and all of the fun that comes with working towards them.
