Hire people who can deal with people first and then teach them the technical aspects of their job.
Peter has a new podcast out Faster Than Normal, where he discusses how he deals with ADHD in business. What's great about this is Peter being a public figure is bringing ADHD to the foreground, and helps entrepreneurs deal with their mental issues.
