Turn Hardship and Doubt into Hope and Power

Session 1: Turn off the Dark
We don’t have to wait until we get to heaven to live in the light of God’s goodness. It’s available to us here and now through Jesus. Even a dim light in the distance can give us hope and provide a path out of the darkness. In this session, Levi shows how in our moments of deepest sorrow, Jesus has given us the power, by His Spirit, to turn off the dark.

Session 2: The Invisible World
In this session, Levi discusses the invisible world—the unseen spiritual realities playing out all around us. At any given moment, there’s always more going on than what we can see with the naked eye. spiritually. You must not rely on the naked eye. Faith is the telescope that allows us to see the spiritual realities at play all around us.

Session 3: Hurting with Hope
n this session, Levi teaches about what it means to hurt with hope. Grief has the ability to cloud our vision, but we can learn to walk by faith in the midst of suffering. Believing in Jesus doesn’t exempt us from emotional hardship, and being a Christian doesn’t mean we won’t shed tears during our time on earth. However, it does mean that when we do hurt, we do so with the knowledge that our best days are ahead of us and a time is coming when all sadness will come to an end.

Session 4: The Hope of Heaven
When someone dies, it’s not uncommon for a well-meaning person to say, “He’s in a better place.” But for Christians, we don’t have to live with such a vague notion of heaven because the Bible isn’t silent about the issue. In this session, Levi focuses on the hope of heaven that awaits all who have placed their hope and trust in Jesus.

Session 5: Cue the Eagle
Sometimes the things that we’re hoping to happen take longer than anticipated or transpire in a way that leads to disappointment. During times of waiting, disappointment, or grief we’re prone to become weary. In this session, Levi teaches about how to draw on God’s strength rather than our own.

Session 6: Pain is a Microphone
In this lesson, Levi discusses what it means to use pain as our microphone. Suffering isn’t an obstacle to being used by God. It is an opportunity to be used like never before. Hard times are a passport that gives you permission to go places you wouldn’t get to any other way. When we go through times of difficulty we have instant credibility with others who are suffering because they know we understand what it feels like to hurt.
