On this episode of Untamed Honesty The Podcast it's all about truth, travels and juice fasts! During September 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, we embarked on our off-grid adventure in our 1976 GMC Coachmen motorhome "Grace". Here we take the opportunity to get you up to speed on what we've been up to during our travels around the U.S. We also discuss our most recent endeavor, a 21 day juice fast, A.K.A our "solid food vacation." Ride along with us and discover some of the reasons why we chose to undertake this detoxifying rest period and many of the overall benefits of juice fasting (SPOILER ALERT!: One of us may not make it to the end!). In this episode, our dear friend and fellow traveler, Gregg Eisenberg, shares a few gems from his collection of 108 songs (plus a bonus song only heard here), and some of the wisdom he's picked up along his path. Gregg is a true renaissance man: a comedian, author, poet, songwriter... and that's just in his free time! 

Together, we'll be delving deep into the nature of knowledge and what it means to 'know' something. We take a look inside the mind of a songwriter, and see how the process unfolds quite a lot like life-- listening for what's here and trusting that what comes next will naturally be revealed. Woven within the tapestry of Gregg's original music, we inquire into the nature of thoughts and if some are really "worth the price." And finally, we touch on the generational bonds that tie families together and pay tribute to the people who help shape us into who we came here to be.

This episode is dedicated to Gregg's father, Junior Eisenberg, who recently passed; and to Gregg, who showed us what it looks like to help a parent make their transition with immense love, understanding, and grace.

In our first episode of Untamed Honesty, we are honored to sit with Rev. Tony Senf and his partner, Susan Haberland. Mark and Tony met 15 years ago in Tony's weekend workshop, "Beyond Forgiveness," based on teachings from A Course in Miracles. The main question being presented in this and every one of Tony's classes is, "who are you really?" All these years later, we are still asking the same question, albeit it with a greater sense of depth and maturity. 

Tony began studying A Course in Miracles in the 1980s and has spent many years teaching and running the Unity Center of the Heights in Cleveland Heights, OH. Susan played a major role behind the scenes, helping structure and facilitate all of their classes and weekend workshops, including "Beyond Forgiveness," "Holy Relationships," "Quantum Abundance," "The Evolution of Consciousness," and most recently "Out of the Matrix." Currently he and Susan are enjoying retirement sailing in Florida, and remain true living examples of these profound teachings.
