Facing Anxiety During a Pandemic - Justin Earley

Facing Anxiety During a Pandemic - Justin Earley

The Coronavirus looms. While it’s tempting to focus only on what you need to do, take some time to consider who you need to be.
Justin is a lawyer and writer. He wrote a book called The Common Rule, outlining some weekly and daily habits to help us love God and love our neighbors. Justin shares about his own battle with anxiety. He reflects on why spiritual habits are more important during the Coronavirus than ever. We talk about the role of friendship and Justin urges us not to put up walls and go inward — but to do the opposite by loving our neighbors and moving outward.
For more from Justin, visit thecommonrule.org. You can also read his post at the Gospel Coalition called “9 Ways to Love Your Neighbor in This Pandemic.” As always, you can subscribe to the Vivid email newsletter at RCLIWeb.org/newsletter.
