#339: What Are Some Of The Breakthroughs In Recovery‪?‬ Therapy Brothers

Caller Robert's Question: "Tyler and Brannon,
A little over a year ago, we had a session (#221) “What If I Don't Have Enough Time To Rebuild Trust?” I have listened over and over to that session and gained tremendously in my recovery. I can say that while there is still not a full sense of trust I have come to peace with that question. At the end of the 45 minutes Tyler pointed to the deeper question of discovery of my self and this has been my focus for this last year. A week ago, the two of you discussed (#33) “What Is Recovery And What Is Not Recovery?” I found this extremely meaningful and for me focusing Tyler’s question, when Brannon said, “Recovery is recovery of self.” If you guys think it might be beneficial, I’d like to share what this third year of my recovery has been like and get your assessment/insights on the path (my ups and downs). Perhaps the question could be something like: “What’s really involved in rebuilding trust?....…"
