Coaching with an Accent Francisco Fardilha

December brings a special edition of Coaching With an Accent, the first with non-native English speakers. We welcome two Portuguese academics to the show: Prof. Duarte Araujo, world-renowned expert in sport psychology, ecological dynamics, decision-making and expertise, and Mara Mata, PhD student at Cardiff Met in Wales and volleyball coach, who does research on migrant coaches. This month we interview Dr. Anna Stodter, Senior Lecturer in Sport Coaching at Anglia-Ruskin University (Cambridge, England). We talk about what works in coach learning, and her experiences as a practitioner and international rugby union player.
In our PhD chat we speak with Simon Taylor, student at the University of Stirling, Scotland, who is looking at fear of failure in coaches and athletes.
