Apparatus Opener

Apparatus
With inspiration from Cavaliers' 2006 show and part of Norris' fall show, this is what came from it. There's some obvious restructuring that needs to happen with some of the parts instead of just building up with the percussion and unloading the fury of the machine right away. But I've been on a roll the past 2 days and refused to stop. Not nearly done, but what I have so far...

After It's Finished
Well, I'm sure you all forgot that I had this podcast because obviously, even I had for a while. Hadn't really had anything appropriate to post the past few months. Until this came about...
This is an update on "Never Ending Blue" which has been renamed to (right now) "After It's Finished." This will eventually end up being the second movement of a three movement work based off of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. This is post mortem, perhaps the feelings of his mother Mary, or brother John, or any of the disciples. -
Chopin Assignment
In my theory class a while ago we had to write a piece using the same kind of technique Chopin did in his "Prelude in E minor." I received a 97% on the assignment but decided to continue on with the piece.

Eulogy
My freshman and junior years of high school, our winter line performed arrangements made by our instructor at the time to 2 songs by Tool. I liked the group and recently was listening to their song "Eulogy." So decided to try my hand at arranging and adapting (most if not all of everything I write is original). So this is it. All the battery parts are original. Front ensemble parts, in some form or another are related back to the song.
