Beyond the Bedside Danica Chun

Dr. Judy Davidson is the lead nurse scientist at UCSD. She's the textbook definition of a go-getter and she is just one of the coolest people I've had the pleasure of speaking with. 

I got to speak with Kyle Navarro, RN, who is a health policy and school nurse, who works within San Francisco Unified School District. 

I'm joined by Ms. Melanie Rogers, who is a Public Health Nurse Epidemiologist. We talk about her background and experience as a public health nurse, and how that has helped steer her into the realm of epidemiology.

Hi! My name is Danica Chun and I'm currently in my last semester of nursing school at San Diego State University. 

I've always been curious about the different career pathways of nursing, so I've started this project, Beyond the Bedside, to learn more about just that! I'll be interviewing nurses in different fields of nursing and trying to learn more about what each career path entails.
