Hour 1- Sal starts the show by saying he cannot stand it that, as a Mets fan, he has to watch the Yankees destroy every team in their path, while the Mets fanbase is trying to gather up hope when the team is 8 games under .500. Hour 2- Sal says that unlike some Mets fans, he is not buying into any hope this year that the team can turn it around and make the playoffs. One win against the lowly Marlins isn't changing anything. Plus, Aaron Rodgers' absence at mandatory mini camp is a problem, and you shouldn't be minimizing it.

Hour 3- Sal says there is only one decision for the Mets to make this summer: blow it up, and get rid of some of the failing players from this current core. Plus, Sal laughs at the "breaking news" regarding JJ Reddick and the Lakers. Also, Bret Boone joins the show!
