Post-secondary is a time for you to learn, whether it be in the classroom or outside. I recently graduated from university, so I wanted to share the top five things I learned throughout the past four years. 

1. Be nice to everyone you meet

2. Get involved, stay busy 

3. Network

4. Grades don't define your worth 

5. It's okay not to know everything 

I chat about a topic that seems to make everyone feel insecure. I mention society's influence on our definition of beauty and how many of us grew up thinking we had to look a certain way. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us in some way, whether it be physically or mentally. In this episode, I chat about what was going through my mind when this all started and how I try to keep my anxiety levels at a low-moderate level whilst being in a small room for the majority of the day.
