    Love You First

    Love You First

It's sad to see that domestic violence leading to death still happens in this day and age.

Why do people stay in such terrible marriages? Why endure it?

What is the promise, hope, or fear that keeps people in abusive relationships?

Perhaps, if she had loved herself and her children enough, she would have cried out for help, she would have separated and requested a divorce.... but perhaps she knew the judgment society would pass on her and how rejected she would be in the places she had once been accepted and cherished.

Love You First is an episode that shines the light on appreciating and loving oneself in every stage of life and making the right decisions for each season.

    The shock!

    The shock!

    Hi Guys,

In this episode, I chose to share two things

    - My experience last weekend (I honestly didn't see that happening. Like, I don't even remember the last time I was in a 'fight'/argument)

    - Something on choosing to stay respectful of people, processes, and 'existings' if you get the gist.

I hope you enjoy the episode.

    Blessings.

    Little Beginnings...

    Little Beginnings...

Most times, people are afraid to start new projects, enter new relationships or even form new habits simply for a couple of reasons. Maybe they don't believe in themselves enough, maybe they're simply undecided...

This episode highlights the importance of starting, taking baby steps, believing in oneself and making decisions as required.
