Tricia Grant is an Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence Certified trainer and facilitator. She is the co-founder of EQCulture, the industry-leading in-depth EQ Course for organizations.  Tricia deepened her studies this year with certifications in Attachment Theory & PTSD studies through ITTI.  Knowing the importance of Emotional Intelligence being used as a vehicle to deepen self-awareness, this was the natural progression in her journey as more people are on the road to enlightenment and full internal happiness.  Tricia is also an intuitive coach and studies internal energetic frequencies to guide people in increasing their baseline and reacting less.  She has 1 son and lives in Australia and loves the ocean.
