Let's be honest therapy can sound scary to an outsider.

You sit down with a stranger and spill your entire life out to them just to hear their own thoughts and opinions as to why you are possibly fucked up.

As someone that's been in therapy for four months now, I can honestly tell you guys it's not as scary as it seems.

Honestly, it's exciting learning more about yourself in ways that may have not been possible without that extra feedback from a professional.

Uncomfortable, but exciting I promise!
