Warning! Personal Awakening Podcast has been created to provide insight on personal transformations and what is possible, it is likely upon listening you’ll feel more awake than ever (or maybe it's the coffee). DJ and Michelle are 30-something-year-olds trying to figure out how to be the best version of themselves. They have found that typical self-improvement advice undersells the difficulty and messiness of the journey. They are not claiming to be personal awakening experts, they are far from perfect, and like, you know, they say filler words. These are our real and raw conversations!
