Graduate Journeys EP.04 - Yasmin Flowers

Graduate Journeys EP.04 - Yasmin Flowers

Yasmin is a Marketing Assistant, proud founder of Flo Create. and a BA Fashion Marketing graduate of 2020.

“I have recently found my passion after realising the value of creative portfolios. I landed my first role in marketing last year and have since founded Flo Create – a portfolio support community for young professionals.”

In January 2021 Yasmin took to TikTok setting up Flo. Her daily advice and top tip videos quickly gained a massive following and by March she already had 10K followers.

The community is continually growing as Yasmin creates videos daily in her spare time after work and is currently (Aug 2021) at 95.2K Followers with an astonishing 1.0M likes in total.

I love this episode, loved speaking Yasmin, and this is just legitimate evidence that however much it doesn’t seem like it will at the time, hard work does pay off.
