Nothing much, just a proof of Life

During the course of our lives, people come to shake things up, to pull us out of our comfort zone, to console us, to tell us that everything is going to be alright, to merry with us, to cry with is. Sisters are more than blood relations, they are gods in our lives. I got a few of my friends to share their experiences on sisterhood with me🤭

This is a very short episode. Said a lot of random things. It's been a while so I need the folk to keep up with me 😌

Our social media space in recent times, have seen an uprising in the 'fight' against hypergamy. The male folk claim that the females are simply Gold-digging every single time they say they cannot date down. I do not see the problem in refusing to date down; morally, economically, spiritually, and otherwise. Relationships, normally are supposed to be based off of how much value you can get from the other person. In a relationship, no matter how anyone refuses to see it, everyone is giving something. Obviously, what a person gives might not be as significant as what the other person offers but nonetheless, something is shared. People wanting good things for themselves does not automatically translate to Gold-digging. Even if it does, it's not your gold being dug, the owner isn't even complaining. People have a thousand and one reasons why they make rules. But here's the drift, certain people come in your life and make you let your guard down. They have what I call the 'special people privilege'. The treatment met out to them despite their shortcomings is different from what you give to others.
