I am passionate about experiencing life from the totality of the body. I believe that we have a lot of wisdom inside our body but too often we fail to acknowledge it.

I envision people awakening to their gift, to their true potential and to have the possibility to be able to manifest their dreams. I believe that this can be done when we start to slow down, when we start to feel deeply connected with ourselves and when we start to be alive.

    Welcome to our practice today:  Embodying self love

    We are invited through this short intuitive flow to embody the affirmation/intention: 

    I AM WORTHY OF SELF LOVE

    These flows are mostly created by channelling wisdom that is available within the body.   

    I believe that when we practice affirmations or when we set intentions, we have to allow the whole of our body to vibrate at the same energy of our intention. We cannot do it only through the mind but the whole body needs to vibrate at the same vibration, which is that of our intention.

    03 - Meditation - Being present with our Emotions

    Welcome to our practice today:  A Meditation to be present with our Emotions

    This short guided meditation invites us to come back to a safe space within our body. 

    We focus on the breath to slow down and relax and then bring our awareness to the emotion that is being presented to us at the moment.  At times we are faced with emotions that are too much to handle and very often we try everything possible to escape from them. Pain and uncomfortable feelings and emotions are our way forward. 

    These unpleasant emotions will push us down to the very bottom, will bring us back to our knees and as we surrender we rise up again. It just takes time and there is no shortcut..   

    This meditation invites us to sit with whatever is arising for us at the moment, whether the emotion is pleasant or unpleasant. When we sit with our emotions we are able to open ourselves to life itself.    

    Practice this meditation as often as you need.

    This meditation is an invitation to soften our body, releasing any tension, any pains and discomforts that are present within our body.   

    As we come home to our body through the breath, we slowly invite our heart to open up, to honour whatever is present within our heart right now, releasing what needs to be released and embracing what needs to be embraced.  

    It is time to awaken to this deep inner knowing within us.

    Welcome to our practice today:  Meditation on Self Worth                

    Most of us human beings are feeling a deep longing to connect to our true selves and to start to live from the heart.  There might be a strong desire to change the status quo, to start to embrace our own truth, to start to live a life more aligned with our purpose or to start to know ourselves better.  

    Yet stressful life, belief systems and lack of self love amongst others, directs us to a state of being disconnected from ourselves.   

    Before embarking on this journey, I invite you to set a commitment with yourself. I feel that when there is faith and certainty in what one is doing, you will feel energised and enthusiastic and it is easier for one to succeed.   

    It is normal that we will be faced with obstacles but be aware that obstacles are the path towards growth. 

    This guided meditation aims to gently ease you in setting a commitment with yourself.
