So often we will push ourselves to the limit and then find ourselves asking questions like, "Why am I so tired"? "Why am I feeling so much anxiety"? If we sit with ourselves long enough, we'll more than likely discover that we have overextended ourselves. Contrary to what we want to believe about ourselves, we are not that strong to carry it all, our bodies are not designed for the load we sometimes put on it. Listen in as we talk about knowing how far to push ourselves.

Breaking Free from Self-Dependence
Why do we want to believe that we can do it all alone independent of God? Why do we say we're okay, when we're not?
It's usually because we have trusted in our own abilities, resources and others rather than on the one who made us and knows all about us. -
Naming Your Goliath: Fear
Fear is one of the enemies greatest weapons against us.
