You've most likely forgotten about us - but after a summer's break, the world famous MiddleMusic.net Podcast is back! Usual hosts Mikey, Phil and Mark are back, joined by a new member of the team, Paul McRae.

As well as the usual terrible patter and wide-of-the-mark jokes, this week we have music from Alt-J, Cradle of Filth, and a special DJ Shadow remix by Stereo:Type PLUS discussions about the Mercury Prize, Muse's new album and more.

Episode 3 of the rip-roaring adventure that is the MiddleMusic.net podcast, hosted as ever by Mikey, Mark and Phil - and this week, featuring two of our three hosts trying their bests not to hack up a lung all over the studio!
