Today we discussed some of the previous training cycles' we have done outside of sports. We also talk about mental health and how big of a role it plays in everyday life. We talk about how serious it is personally and to the others around you on how you work and change your mental state to benefit yourselves whether that is talking to someone or training. It is such a big staple for what we stand for as people as well as a business. We both have come from backgrounds of mental issues that we personally had to figure out what worked best for us to get us out of the hole we had dug for ourselves.
