26. Liberating the body via NATURISM (with Rikki Yeowart‪)‬ Uncensored Wellness

The naked body does not need to be stigmatized and sexualized and surrounded by shame. Naturism is all about reversing the taboo that we've associated with getting naked, and creating safe and empowering spaces for people of all genders and sizes to liberate their relationship with their bodies. 

Rikki Yeowart is a nude yoga teacher and an avid member and coordinator of the Queensland naturist community. She loves to get naked, and she loves to empower others to do the same, safely and from a space of deep acceptance and empowerment.
