Make Things Better - The Sortified Podcast Sortified

In this special edition of Make Things Better, Sortified’s Production Director Gill Collins, is in conversation with Dr Ally Tomlins, a Clinical Psychologist with specialisms in dementia and communication. The conversation has been taken from a webinar hosted by Sortified on 14th July as part of our ‘Yes, and…’ project that was designed to support carers and people affected by dementia have positive conversations. The project was generously funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.

Rich and Gill from Sortified roll the dice again to choose the subject of their discussion. This time they get to talk about stories. Once again the chat takes us all round the subject looking at co-production and engagement, social impact reporting, and how important telling the story of somebody's journey is terms of sharing and learning.

In the second of our Roll The Dice series (recorded prior to COVID-19) Rich and Gill from Sortified have a meandering chat and discussion about the latest random subject. This time it's Founder's Syndrome, and they discuss how this affects them and the organisation. Rich talks about cleaning toilets, and Gill keeps trying to sing.
