Passion is a great thing. It's what makes the world go around. But when does passion become too much such that it tends to limit and restrict your growth?

A little backstory here – when Deborah got fired from a previous job, she decided to write a book because she didn’t want such a painful experience to go to waste. Her book is a great reminder that we all have hardships that we need to go through in life. And the biggest lesson she wants everyone to walk away from is the power of taking personal ownership.
